Payment & Gratuities
Payment: We accept cash, personal checks and all major credit cards except American Express.
Gratuities: Cannot be added to a credit card bill. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for gratuitous purposes. Checks can be written for up to 20% over your total bill to include gratuities. An ATM is available for your convenience at various banks within the mall.

For reservations, please contact our styling team per the salon phone number along with your two preferable days/times and stylist of choice if warranted. We will return your call within 24 hours to confirm your appointment.
Please note: Our receptionist will confirm all appointments by phone to ensure a set time and date.
We suggest that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Salon Hours of Operation
At GL hair salon we understand our client's busy schedules and therefore we are open 7 days a week for your convenience. Your unique appointment is waiting for you and your family all year round and for every special occasion.
Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount or for specific services or packages, and they never expire. Complimentary packaging is available. Gift Cards may be purchased in person, by phone or online. Special delivery and mailing are also available.
As a courtesy for both our employees and our clients, we do ask for 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. We require that all appointments consisting of multiple services be held with a valid credit card. A fee of 50% of the total cost of the appointment will be charged for untimely notice cancellation. Time is valuable to all of us and punctuality is a necessity for all reservations. Please understand that out of respect for other clients, we may not be able to service a client who arrives more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, and may be asked to reschedule, as we try our best to be on time for our valued clients. GL welcomes all children into the salon, and we have taken extra steps to ensure the safety and comfort of your little ones in the hair salon, but the salon is not 'child-proof' and we would never want anything to happen to our smallest of clients. Therefore we ask that parents/guardians maintain a strict level of supervision at all times as this enhances the experience for all clients and maintains the well being of staff and patrons.
We have a 24-hour Cancellation Policy for all chemical hair services which require 2 hours. A credit card must be presented when booking these appointments. Same day cancellations and no shows are charged 50% of the services. Twenty-four hour cancellation notice must be given in order to avoid a penalty. Again this procedure is for the benefit of all of our clients and it allows us to provide availability in our schedule to not only walk-in clients, but to those that may desire same day appointments.
